SAEDNEWS: U.S. President Donald Trump, speaking during a cabinet meeting at the White House, claimed that Iran is seeking to make a deal. “We have not yet reached an agreement regarding Iran, and I am not satisfied,” Trump said. He added, “Iran wants to reach an agreement, and I do not think it has another option.”

According to the political desk of Saed News, Trump continued by referring to the situation surrounding the Strait of Hormuz and claimed: “We do not need oil; we do not need the straits; we do not need anything.”

He said, “The straits will remain open for everyone and will not be controlled by anyone. We will supervise them.”

The U.S. president, reportedly angered by Oman’s alignment with the Islamic Republic of Iran regarding the Strait of Hormuz, added: “Oman will behave like the others; otherwise, we will be forced to destroy them.”

Trump Continues Contradictory Remarks About Iran

Trump also made conflicting statements regarding negotiations with Iran, saying: “We are not discussing any sanctions relief or giving them money.”

He added: “We control the money they claim belongs to them, and we will maintain control over it. When the Iranians behave properly and do the right thing, we will allow them to have access to their money.”

Trump Says Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar Owe U.S. Normalization With Israel

During the cabinet meeting at the White House, Trump said he wants Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and others to join the Abraham Accords.

He stated: “They owe us for that.”

Trump Repeats Regime Change Claims About Iran

The U.S. president also claimed regarding Iran: “This is regime change. One regime is gone, another regime is gone, and now we are dealing with parts of a third regime.”
