SAEDNEWS: Araghchi praised what he described as Lebanon’s historic victory marking the withdrawal of Israeli forces from southern Lebanon in 2000. He also reaffirmed Iran’s continued support for Lebanon’s independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, as well as for the Lebanese people’s resistance against Israeli occupation and attacks.
According to Saednews, In his messages, Araghchi also congratulated the Lebanese people on their historic achievement in driving the Israeli regime out of southern Lebanon in 2000.
The senior diplomat reaffirmed Iran’s steadfast and ongoing support for Lebanon’s independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity, and legitimate resistance against the Israeli regime’s occupation and acts of aggression.
