SAEDNEWS: A military source told Tasnim: The U.S. is seeking to bomb and kill its pilot in Iran.
According to Saed News, citing Tasnim News Agency, a military source stated that after failing to rescue a fighter pilot shot down by Iranian armed forces two days ago, U.S. forces are attempting to bomb and kill him in locations where they believe he may be present.
The source added that several American fighter jets struck certain areas in Kohgiluyeh County in the Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province tonight, under the assumption that their pilot was in the region.
The military source further explained that the U.S. is reportedly frustrated in locating their second person, referred to as flight crew, and are therefore attempting to eliminate him by bombing multiple points.
Regarding whether this individual is currently in Iranian custody, the source declined to comment, noting only that even concerning the first pilot—whom the U.S. claimed to have rescued—the full truth has not been disclosed.
According to the military source, the situation surrounding the downed fighter pilots is poised to become another embarrassment for U.S. secrecy.
