SAEDNEWS: Two Israeli soldiers were killed in clashes with Hezbollah fighters in southern Lebanon, Hebrew media reported on Sunday.
Israeli Hebrew-language media announced on Sunday that two soldiers from the Israeli army were killed during overnight clashes with Islamic Resistance fighters in battles across southern Lebanon.
Hezbollah's Islamic Resistance issued multiple statements on Sunday morning detailing its military operations.
In one statement, Hezbollah said its fighters confronted advancing Israeli soldiers attempting to push toward the border town of Aitaroun using machine guns and RPGs.
Separately, Hezbollah announced that it targeted a gathering of Zionist soldiers at the Al-Malikiyah military site opposite the border town of Aitaroun with a guided missile, confirming direct hits on the target.
In a related operation, Islamic Resistance fighters struck deployments of Zionist regime’s armored vehicles in the Al-Qab'ah heights on the southeastern outskirts of the town of Markaba by firing several missiles.
