Has Elon Musk’s Former Wife Finally Had Her Ears Reshaped to Look Like Elves’ Ears?

According to a news report from SaedNews, citing Roziatow, Grimes—the former partner of Elon Musk—last year revealed a strange tattoo on her back that she described as “beautiful alien scars.”

This tattoo was part of Grimes’ futuristic fantasy project of transforming herself into a “post-human” being. Last month, she also announced on Twitter that she was seeking further physical modifications and was interested in having elf-like ears.

She has now shared a photo of herself with her head bandaged and wrote that she had done something “crazy.” In the image, the 34-year-old Canadian musician appears in a hospital gown with her eyes closed. Her head, chin, and forehead are wrapped in bandages, making her look swollen but calm.

Although it is not confirmed what procedure she actually underwent, fans quickly speculated that she may have altered her ears, especially after her earlier comments about wanting elf-like features. She posted: “I did something crazy!” and later shared a long tweet explaining that she even finished her latest song while staying in a plastic surgery clinic.

She wrote: “The album is finished and we are mixing it. Since I wasn’t allowed to leave the clinic, my friend and I completed the final track at the plastic surgery clinic.”

Last month, she had also tweeted that she had consulted a major plastic surgeon two years earlier and considered making changes to her appearance in her mid-30s, but later forgot about it. In another post, she expressed interest in vampire-like canine teeth.

She also asked followers to recommend someone who could modify her ears, while noting concerns that such surgery might involve permanent stitches and cartilage complications.

Grimes admitted she was worried about the procedure and its potential impact on her ear cartilage, especially since it could be risky for her career as a musician. She has previously revealed that she suffers from tinnitus, a persistent ringing in the ears often caused by exposure to loud sounds.

Elon Musk also responded to her posts, suggesting that the disadvantages of ear-shaping surgery likely outweigh any benefits. Grimes did not directly disagree, but instead reflected on future scientific progress and the possibility of genetic modification, saying she regretted being born a few generations too early.
