Saed News: The President of the United States has once again accused CNN of publishing and “fabricating news” regarding an agreement with Iran.
According to SAEDNEWS, citing Rossiya Al-Youm, Donald Trump, President of the United States, reacted to recent American media reports about a nuclear agreement by accusing CNN of spreading “fake news.”
Trump, in a post on his social media platform “Truth Social,” strongly responded to CNN’s claims that his agreement with Iran does not include nuclear provisions.
The U.S. President wrote: “The alleged statement published by CNN is, as the network itself well knows, a lie and a fabrication.”
Trump noted that the false statement was linked to an unknown news website in Nigeria, which CNN allegedly picked up and published hastily without verifying the source.
He added: “CNN, the fake news media, repeatedly claimed today that the agreement with Iran does not address nuclear issues, whereas the text of the agreement explicitly states that Iran will not have nuclear weapons.”
According to Trump, the agreement with Iran contains detailed provisions addressing various aspects of Iran’s nuclear file.
Meanwhile, Iranian officials have repeatedly emphasized that in this stage the focus is on ending the war and that nuclear details are not being discussed at this point, calling Trump’s and U.S. media claims regarding the nuclear issue baseless.
