Warning About The Ticket Sales Situation For The 2026 World Cup

According to SAEDNEWS, citing Newsweek, demand for tickets for the 2026 World Cup in the United States has been relatively low. The 2026 World Cup will be held for the first time with 48 national teams and will also be the first edition hosted by three countries: the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The tournament will take place from June 11 to July 19.

The report states that despite the scale of the competition, ticket demand has been somewhat weak. Analysts point to FIFA’s pricing strategy as one possible reason.

According to the publication, Atlanta currently leads the list with 5,414 available tickets for group-stage matches. Philadelphia follows with 4,402, Los Angeles with 4,230, and San Francisco with 4,217 tickets.
