Saed News: While Donald Trump has repeatedly spoken about threatening Iran with war and then stepping back from those threats, a Zionist newspaper has written that Tel Aviv was surprised by Trump’s statements.
According to SAEDNEWS, the Zionist newspaper Haaretz, citing Israeli army sources, wrote that it was surprised by US President Donald Trump’s statements that he was only a few hours away from launching an attack on Iran.
The newspaper, criticizing Trump’s unilateral positions, wrote that Tel Aviv expected any planning for an attack on Iran to be directly and broadly coordinated with Tel Aviv.
Haaretz, citing security sources, wrote that the resumption of US attacks on Iran would definitely lead to Israeli participation in the war.
The Zionist report also expressed doubt about the possibility of achieving US-Israeli goals regarding regime change in Iran through a return to war.
