Saed News: When I opened my heart to that young woman and spoke about my misery and problems, I never thought what strange plan that greedy woman was designing to exploit the aid from relief and charity organizations and…
According to SAEDNEWS, citing Khorasan newspaper, A 29-year-old woman who had come to the police station to complain about her co-wife described her bitter life story to the social worker of Qasemabad Police Station in Mashhad. She said that four years ago, while she had an 8-year-old daughter, she divorced her husband because he was severely addicted to industrial drugs and made her life miserable. After the divorce from “Faramarz,” she moved to Mashhad to save her daughter from that disastrous life and went to a government support center. There she met a woman and told her story. The woman listened calmly and promised to help her in every possible way to get out of homelessness and take care of her daughter, even promising to support her through charities and legal institutions.
The woman gained her trust and took her documents. Later, when she learned that due to her father’s special conditions she could receive bank facilities, she sweet-talked her into believing she could get a good loan. Since the woman had no proper housing, she went to a welfare organization and stayed there with her daughter. But soon after handing over her documents for the loan, the woman deceived her and suggested that she marry her husband so they could jointly use low-interest loans. The victim, who only had basic education, accepted.
She was then married to “Yasin” and moved into their house, where she lived like a housekeeper taking care of the children, without any real relationship with the husband. The woman named “Shima” also sent her to cleaning jobs but kept all her wages. The victim and her daughter were deprived of basic needs and even had to wear used clothes of the other children.
Eventually, she realized the manipulation and secretly left the house. She went to Shima’s workplace and reported everything, leading to Shima’s dismissal. She then rented a small room and started working as a caregiver for an elderly woman with her daughter. However, Shima and her husband, who had taken all the welfare payments in their own accounts, still refuse to return her rights and continue harassing her with insulting messages. She is also being threatened to divorce her husband, but she refuses until she gets all her rights back.
Following her complaint, legal and counseling investigations began under the order of Colonel Ahmad Zamani, head of Qasemabad Police Station in Mashhad, and the case is under review with the cooperation of the Khorasan Razavi police.
