According to the cooking section of Saed News:If you don't like eggs in your cutlet, let me tell you — this Shirazi market-style cutlet is meat-free and just perfect for you!


🍽️ Ingredients for Shirazi Cutlet:

  • 1 kg potatoes 🥔

  • Some water 💧

  • 1 tablespoon salt 🧂

  • Spices: salt, pepper, paprika, garlic & onion powder, turmeric, and coriander seed powder 🌶️🧄🧅🟡

  • 1.5 cups breadcrumbs 🍞


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Boil the potatoes in water until fully cooked 🔥🥔💧

  2. Peel the potatoes and mash them until you get a doughy texture 🥣🥄
