Ingredients for Oven-Baked Rolled Lasagna

Grated sausage

Chopped green onions

Yogurt

Tomato paste

2 tablespoons

Spices (salt, black pepper, paprika)

Instructions

  1. Boil the lasagna sheets for 5 minutes until slightly tender.

  2. Prepare the filling by mixing yogurt, grated sausage, shredded mozzarella, chopped green onions, and spices.

  3. Drain the partially cooked lasagna sheets and place them on a tray.

  4. Spread some of the filling evenly over each lasagna sheet. Make sure the filling layer is not too thick, so rolling is easier.

  5. Roll each lasagna sheet tightly with the filling inside.

  6. Prepare the sauce for the rolled lasagna: mix 2 tablespoons of tomato paste with 1 cup of water. Pour a portion of the sauce into the bottom of a baking dish.

  7. Place the rolled lasagna in the dish and pour the remaining sauce over them.

  8. Sprinkle a little shredded mozzarella on top.

  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes.
