According to Saednews Society Service, “Giuseppe Giordano,” a 75-year-old Italian man, goes to a beach in Italy every day at sunset carrying a photograph of his wife, “Ida,” spending the final minutes of the day there as he did in the early days of their marriage.
Giuseppe’s behavior caught the attention of “Giorgia Mofia,” the owner of a pizza shop. She would see the elderly man every day at the beach holding a picture of his wife.
Ida passed away seven years ago, but her death has not made her husband forget her. Every evening, he goes to the beach with her photograph as a symbol of eternal love.
Mofia says: Giuseppe never goes anywhere without his wife’s photo and always keeps it with him, as if it were his most precious possession.
She adds that when she first saw Giuseppe, she was sure there must be a deep love involved. In her view, men like him are rare nowadays, and she understands his feelings because she has also lost loved ones and knows what he is going through.
She further describes Giuseppe as a brave man, believing that few people have the courage to express love openly and without fear.
