According to the Saed News website, citing Bitotah, a man who became like an “Lord of the Rings” orc through surgery:

An exclusive report from Tabnak with To reports that one day a young Brazilian decided to be different from others. To stand out, he chose the easiest way and entrusted his face to surgeons, undergoing several operations so that he would appear like a “monster” to others.

He says: “All people in the world look the same, but I wanted to be different.” Fernando Franco de Oliveira has tattooed his entire body. To be different, he underwent several surgical procedures, including cutting off his nose, splitting his tongue in half, and placing two sharp horns on his head, in order to resemble mythical creatures.

According to the report, this Brazilian man has managed to transform his entire body so extensively that even his old friends cannot recognize him anymore.

Oliveira owns a tattoo studio in the city of Tatuí, located about 150 kilometers from São Paulo. He says his current appearance is inspired by a combination of a skull and an orc-like demon from The Lord of the Rings.

He says that about 70 percent of people who see him on the street want to take photos with him because they find him fascinating. Despite the surprised looks from strangers, his family has become accustomed to his new appearance and is no longer shocked to see him.

Oliveira began tattooing his body in 2006, drawing dragons, clowns, dogs, and other creatures on his skin.

In 2014, he was named the “most tattooed person in Brazil” by Rank Brasil, a Brazilian organization similar to Guinness World Records but focused only on Brazilian records.

He describes the eight years he spent tattooing his entire body as “the most painful experience of his life.”

After completing full-body tattoos, Oliveira felt he needed further modifications, including stretching his ears, injecting black pigment under his skin, changing the shape of his eyes, and adding two horns to his head.
