Wash, peel, and grate the potatoes and onion. Mince the meat sausages. It is recommended to use high-quality sausages with a high meat content.

If meat sausages are not available, chicken sausages can be used instead. Add the grated potatoes and onion to the mixture. Then add turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Crack in the egg and mix well.

Add the bread crumbs and knead the mixture thoroughly until well combined. Place the mixture in the refrigerator and let it rest for a short time. Then remove it. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Once the oil is hot, take small portions of the mixture, shape them by hand, and fry them in the oil. Cook both sides until golden brown. Serve in a dish and garnish with tomatoes and pickles.
