Cilantro (fresh coriander): 50 g
Green onions: 100 g
Mushrooms: 500 g
Flour: 2 tablespoons
Milk: 1.5 cups
Salt, black pepper, and toast bread: as needed
Grated pizza cheese: as needed
Place the butter in a pan and heat it until melted.
Chop the green onions and sauté them lightly in the butter.
Finely chop the mushrooms and cook them with the green onions until their moisture evaporates.
Add the flour and stir well.
Pour in the milk and keep stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
Add salt and pepper.
Finally, add the chopped cilantro, mix well, and remove from heat.
Spread one tablespoon of the mixture over each slice of toast.
Sprinkle grated pizza cheese on top.
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F).
Bake until the cheese melts and turns golden.
