1 zucchini
1 cup yogurt
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon dried dill
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Wash the zucchini thoroughly. Peel it, then steam it in a steamer or pot until it becomes soft.
If you prefer, you can also use raw zucchini and grate it instead.
Once cooked, grate the zucchini or place it in a blender/food processor until it becomes finely mashed.
Peel and wash the garlic cloves, then add them to the blended zucchini.

Add the strained yogurt to the mixture and stir well until everything is fully combined.
Add salt and black pepper, then mix thoroughly.
You can either mix dried dill into the borani or sprinkle it on top before serving.
