SAEDNEWS: A new round of consultations on implementing the bilateral agreement between Iran and Russia on international information security was held in Moscow.
According to Saednews, The delegations were led by the Director General for International Peace and Security at the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Head of the Information Security Department at the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the meeting, representatives from the relevant agencies of both countries reviewed the current status of cooperation on implementing the provisions of the agreement and the established action plan.
The discussions focused on several key areas, including the identification and implementation of joint cybersecurity projects; strengthening the resilience of critical infrastructure and communication networks in both countries against cyberattacks; combating cybercrime; training and developing personnel to respond to cyber incidents; and expanding cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence infrastructure.
