SAEDNEWS: Iranian FM Criticizes Washington’s “New” Sanctions Strategy After Decades of Pressure
According to Saednews, After 47 years of sanctions, the United States went to war with Iran on Israel’s behalf, with consequences that have been disastrous for America, including damage to its global standing, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said in a post on X.
He argued that Washington failed to achieve its objectives through either sanctions or military action and questioned the decision to impose additional sanctions.
“After failing to achieve its aims through sanctions or war, Washington’s ‘novel’ solution is…more sanctions. Seriously?” Araghchi concluded.
