SAEDNEWS: Iran Calls on Islamic Nations to Oppose Aggression and Defend Its Sovereignty
According to Saednews, While congratulating Hissein Brahim Taha on his appointment as Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and wishing him success in his new position, Araghchi expressed hope that the new Secretary-General would make full use of the organization’s capabilities to promote unity and coordination among Islamic countries in confronting the developments and challenges facing the Muslim world.
During the telephone conversation, Araghchi briefed the OIC Secretary-General on the latest regional developments following the US and Zionist regime’s aggression against Iran. He stressed the need for Islamic countries to adopt a responsible position regarding the violation of Iran’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, while emphasizing the importance of opposing the use of force and acts of aggression.
