Saed News: The perpetrator of a family crime that resulted in the horrific قتل of four people was hospitalized after a failed suicide attempt.
According to SAEDNEWS, the head of the Sardouiyeh judicial district (in the south of Kerman Province) stated that at around 11:20 a.m. on Ordibehesht 8, reports were received of four murders in two separate residential houses in Delfard. The reports indicated that three victims—two men and one woman—were killed in one house, while another woman was killed in a separate home.
Judge Ahmadreza Azimnasab added that after examining the scene and following up on the case, it became clear that the murders were connected and likely committed by the same perpetrator.
He said that immediately after receiving the report, special judicial orders were issued to identify and arrest the suspect. Following the arrival of police forces at the scene, the attacker was identified.
The official noted that upon seeing the officers, the suspect attempted suicide. However, the attempt failed, and the injured individual is currently receiving treatment at a medical facility in the area.
Initial investigations indicate that the suspect is a 27-year-old man who carried out the crime using a knife. Judge Azimnasab stated that family disputes appear to be the main motive behind the killings. Three of the victims were closely related to the suspect, while the fourth victim had no familial relationship with him. Judicial investigations and interrogations are ongoing.
