SAEDNEWS: The Special Governor of Chabahar dismissed claims of a city evacuation, emphasizing that residents should not pay attention to rumors and that security in the city remains intact.
According to the political section of Saed News and citing Etemad Online, Alireza Noora, Deputy Governor of Sistan and Baluchestan and Special Governor of Chabahar County, described the rumor about evacuating Chabahar as a sinister plot by enemies. He stated that the people of Chabahar are continuing their daily lives as usual under normal conditions.
He explained that the spread of certain reports regarding a possible evacuation is aimed at creating public concern, adding that no decision or directive exists on this matter.
Noora urged residents to follow news only from official sources and to refrain from sharing unverified information on social media to prevent misuse.
The Special Governor of Chabahar County also emphasized that all executive and security sectors are fully prepared, the city’s general conditions are normal, and field inspections indicate that daily life continues without disruption.
Noora reiterated that the public should avoid unofficial news and obtain verified information solely from government-sanctioned media outlets.
