It is worth noting that traveling the 30-kilometer route between Dorud and Bisheh is only possible by train. If you plan to travel by private car, the route will be longer, around 90 kilometers, to reach the destination.

From top to bottom, the waterfall reaches a height of 48 meters, and witnessing this towering cliff is breathtaking. Its width is 20 meters, and the water extends about 10 meters after falling, eventually joining the Sezar River.

Bisheh Waterfall is located 30 kilometers southwest of Dorud and 66 kilometers east of Khorramabad, in Bisheh village of the Papi district, Lorestan Province.

Access Route to Bisheh Waterfall

The route to Bisheh Waterfall is not very complicated. To reach the waterfall, you need to travel to one of the cities, Khorramabad or Dorud, and from there head toward the waterfall. The distance from Dorud to Bisheh Waterfall is 30 kilometers, and from Khorramabad, it is about 65 kilometers. From either city, you can travel to Bisheh Waterfall by private car. If traveling from Dorud, you can also take the train to reach the waterfall.

Another way to visit Bisheh Dorud Waterfall is by private car. Whether you start from Khorramabad or Dorud, you can drive toward the waterfall. However, if your starting point is Dorud, it is better to choose the train route because driving by car will be much longer and take more time.

For travelers departing from Khorramabad, the railway option is not available. From Khorramabad, after approximately 65 kilometers, you will reach the destination. Park your car near Bisheh village and walk the remaining distance to the waterfall.
