A Rare Insight into the Greatest Leisure Activity of Iran’s Supreme Leader and His Children

According to the political news service of SaedNews, Haj Fereydoun Alipour, one of the commanders of the Sacred Defense and a former bodyguard of the Supreme Leader, during an insight-raising session at Amol Azad University, referring to his nearly twenty years of service to the Supreme Leader after the war, emphasized: One of the characteristics of the Supreme Leader and his honorable family is their simplicity.

Regarding some of the falsehoods spread by the enemies of the revolution about the Supreme Leader’s children, he said: During the time I had the honor to serve the Supreme Leader, I found nothing in this family except simplicity and purity.

Alipour stressed: None of the Leader’s children have pursued political work or economic activities, and their lifestyle is comparable to that of ordinary people in society.

He attributed the proper upbringing and purity of the Supreme Leader’s children to the Leader’s personal attention to them and said: I have often seen that the great Leader dedicates time to his children and, despite all his busy affairs, walks and spends time with them.

He described the greatest leisure activity of the Leader and his children as the annual pilgrimage to the heavenly shrine of the Eighth Imam of the Shiite world and said: The Supreme Leader had a special devotion to Imam Reza, and his pilgrimage to the shrine of Imam Reza and his expression of reverence to this noble Imam are indescribable.
