According to the history service of Saad News, citing "Bartarinha," workers, during an electricity installation operation in a village in the Arsanjan district of Fars province, accidentally discovered a large ceramic jar. The Director-General of Cultural Heritage in Fars stated that the jar was removed in the presence of a cultural heritage expert and the protection unit, and then transferred to Persepolis. However, the head of the Persepolis site claims that the jar has no connection to Persepolis and was only transferred to this location for study and restoration. Initial speculation suggests that the newly discovered jar may date back to the Sassanid period.
