SAEDNEWS: Refrigerator roll is a cold, delicious, and popular dessert that is easily prepared without the need for an oven. Here, we present the common method for preparing a refrigerator roll.
According to Saednews, If you want to serve your guests a homemade sweet treat, this no-bake roll cake that requires no oven or electric mixer is one of the best options. This cream roll made with Petit Beurre biscuits (also known as a refrigerator roll cake with banana) can be prepared without an oven and requires no special skills. It can also be made using cake crumbs instead of biscuits, or you can replace them with chocolate or plain sponge cake.
Chocolate Petit Beurre biscuits: 2 packs
Milk: 1/3 cup
Fresh cream: 1 packet
Ripe banana: 1
Walnuts: 2 tablespoons
Powdered sugar: 2 tablespoons
Butter: 30 grams

First, crush the Petit Beurre biscuits completely using a food processor or by hand until they become fine crumbs.
Add milk and butter to the crushed biscuits and knead well with your hands until the mixture forms a soft dough-like texture.
Next, prepare the filling. Mash the banana thoroughly with a fork until smooth.
Add fresh cream, powdered sugar, and chopped walnuts to the mashed banana and mix well until fully combined.
Now that both the biscuit dough and filling are ready, it’s time to shape the roll.
Place the biscuit mixture onto a plastic sheet and spread it evenly using your hands or a rolling pin to form a thin, flat layer.
Cut the plastic wrap on top, but keep the bottom layer underneath the dough to make rolling easier later.
Spread the banana-cream filling evenly over the biscuit layer and gently roll it into a tight log shape.
Refrigerate the roll for 30 minutes to 1 hour until it sets completely.
After it firms up, remove it from the fridge and dust the surface with cocoa powder.
Finally, decorate the roll with ground pistachios, shredded coconut, or melted white chocolate as desired.
