Ground meat: 200 g
Eggplants: 2
Onions: 2
Saffron (dissolved): as needed
Butter and frying oil: as needed
Tomatoes: 2
Tomato paste: 1.5 tablespoons
Boiling water: 1/2 cup
Salt, black pepper, turmeric, paprika, garlic powder: as needed

First, wash the eggplants and place them directly over a flame or on a grill until fully roasted. Make a few small holes in the eggplants before grilling so they cook evenly.
