In the video, they are shocked after hearing that the price of gasoline in Iran is 11 cents per gallon, and they strongly express dissatisfaction with the high fuel costs in the United States.
According to SAEDNEWS, the participants are asked to guess the price of one gallon of gasoline in Iran. After being told the 11-cent price, they show reactions of extreme surprise and disbelief, as they had expected much higher prices. One of them compares this price to fuel rates in the United States in the 1960s and expresses regret about the high cost of fuel in their own country.
The participants in the interview also show a gas station receipt indicating that less than 5 gallons of fuel cost 25 dollars. They complain about the economic situation and call on their politicians to improve living conditions and reduce costs. Some of them even jokingly—or seriously—mention migrating to Iran to benefit from lower fuel prices.
