SAEDNEWS: The spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that American officials are seeking to mislead public opinion in order to justify war.
According to the political news service of Saed News, Esmaeil Baqaei, spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, shared a poster of the documentary The War You Don’t See on X, writing:
"The war you don’t see. This is a film that should be watched these days, in a time when U.S. officials are actively attempting to mislead public opinion and manipulate the media to justify their illegal war against Iran and whitewash their crimes."
Baqaei also quoted several lines from the documentary:
"We journalists must have enough courage to refuse to cooperate with those who want to sell us their latest bloody adventure in other countries. That means always challenging the official story, no matter how patriotic it seems, no matter how tempting or seductive it may appear. Propaganda depends on us, the media, to inject its deceptions not into a distant enemy, but directly into your homes."
