  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup hot water

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon saffron extract

  • 1 tablespoon rose water

How to Make Chia Seed Juice for Weight Loss: First, soak the chia seeds. To prevent the seeds from settling at the bottom of the glass, soak them in warm water. Adding cold water will cause the chia seeds to sink. This amount of ingredients is suitable for two glasses. Wait 10 minutes for the chia seeds to soak up the water.

In the glass, add some hot water and honey, stirring to dissolve the honey. Then, add the soaked chia seeds. After soaking, the chia seeds will swell. Grind the saffron with a little sugar and wait for it to release its beautiful color and brew.

Next, add the saffron extract to the mixture and stir to mix the color. Finally, add rose water and enjoy your chia seed Juice. If you're drinking this Juice for weight loss, it's best to drink it on an empty stomach, half an hour before breakfast. Enjoy!

What Are Chia Seeds and What Are Their Benefits? Chia is an annual plant from the mint family, grown for its seeds. Chia seeds are known for being a rich plant-based source of omega-3 fatty acids. They are also rich in calcium, protein, and fiber, and are gluten-free, making them excellent for people with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or anyone trying to avoid gluten. Chia seeds are also a great source of B vitamins and contain minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, and zinc. When soaked, chia seeds absorb water, expanding up to several times their weight, becoming mucilaginous and jelly-like. If you're concerned about heavy metals in fish or dislike the taste and smell of fish, you can use chia seeds as a plant-based source of omega-3s.
