SAEDNEWS: Iran’s ambassador to Tunis has delivered an official invitation letter from Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi to his Tunisian counterpart, Mohamed Ali-Nafti.
During the talks, Hosseinian and Ben Ayed discussed topics of mutual interest and reviewed the growing trajectory of relations between Tehran and Tunis—particularly following the meeting of the two countries’ foreign ministers on the sidelines of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) gathering in Kampala last October.
Ben Ayed, conveying his appreciation and warm regards, noted that he would promptly relay Iran’s invitation to the minister. He also expressed hope that a possible visit in the coming year would help further boost and deepen Iran–Tunisia relations.
