According to the Rokna news service, a woman in Turkey’s Samsun province, after killing her young daughter, attempted to stage a fake crime scene to make it appear as though her daughter had committed suicide.
According to judicial sources, the woman first killed her daughter by strangling her and breaking her neck, and then cut her own wrists in an effort to make the scene look like a suicide.
The Truth Revealed in the Autopsy
Initially, the young woman’s death was reported as a suspected suicide. However, the forensic report (autopsy) revealed that she had died from asphyxiation and a broken neck—evidence that strengthened the theory of premeditated murder.
Following these findings, the victim's mother was arrested by the police and confessed to the murder during interrogations.
Judicial authorities have announced that investigations into the motive and further details of this crime are still ongoing.
