SAEDNEWS: he head of Tajikistan’s Civil Aviation Organization praised Iran’s unmatched expertise and professionalism, calling for expanded cooperation in civil aviation.
Based on the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation signed between the Civil Aviation Organizations of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Tajikistan, and with the aim of strengthening international cooperation in aviation safety, a team of experts from the Civil Aviation Organization of Iran traveled to Tajikistan to audit and assess the safety oversight status of the country’s civil aviation authority.
During the mission, the Iranian delegation conducted a comprehensive internal assessment of the Tajik Civil Aviation Organization’s safety oversight system across eight specialized domains.
These areas included legislation (LEG); civil aviation organization and management (ORG); personnel licensing and qualifications (PEL); flight operations (OPS); airworthiness and continuing aircraft certification (AIR); aircraft accident and incident investigation (AIG); air navigation services (ANS); and airports and ground aids (AGA).
