SAEDNEWS: Recent researchers have discovered that between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m., the brain releases certain hormones that are highly beneficial for brain cells. This time period is therefore strongly recommended for sleep, as it plays an important role in maintaining brain health and function.
According to Saed News and Behdasht News:
Sleep is considered one of the body’s important rhythms, and each person—depending on age—needs about 6 to 8 hours of sleep and rest per day. However, external factors and daily busy schedules can sometimes disrupt sleep patterns and the body’s required rest time.
Recently, researchers have found that between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m., certain hormones are secreted in the brain that are very beneficial for brain cells. Therefore, this time period is recommended for sleeping.
A midday nap after the noon prayer is also highly recommended, but it cannot replace nighttime sleep because it does not provide the same quality of rest.
Sleeping from sunrise until sunrise (i.e., during early morning hours) is considered undesirable and is believed to reduce blessing and memory. In contrast, sleeping at night and before midnight is beneficial for the body and provides proper rest and relaxation.
The worst times for sleeping are after the afternoon prayer until sunset, and from sunrise until noon prayer, as these periods are said to drain a person’s energy.
