According to Saednews, Quri Qaleh Cave is the largest water cave in the Middle East, with a history dating back 65 million years. It is located about 15 kilometers from the city of Javanrud, on the slopes of Mount Shahu, overlooking the Ravansar–Paveh road and near a village of the same name.


Sefid Barg Tourist Area

Sefid Barg is one of the 50 designated tourist areas in Kermanshah Province, offering unique features for short trips and day excursions. Located approximately 20 kilometers northwest of Javanrud, this village is known for its fish farming pools, abundant rivers, and pristine natural surroundings. Its especially popular and delicious grilled fish has made Sefid Barg well-known among visitors and continues to attract many tourists.


Helaniyeh Park and Mapris Mountain Park

Situated in the northern part of Javanrud, Helaniyeh Park and the adjoining Mapris Mountain Park provide a remarkable landscape. On one side, they overlook the city of Javanrud, and on the other, they offer stunning views of the Shahu mountain range and its foothills. Bileh’i Orchards and Cheshmeh Miran Road

Shabankareh Recreational Area and Kavat Water Cave

Kachal Abad and Sheikh al-Karam

Located about 5 kilometers from Javanrud, this area is especially popular in spring. Its scenic road and surrounding hills attract many locals, travelers, and tourists. It lies along the route to the Sefid Barg recreational area.
