How to Prepare Pan Kebab Spice Blend

To make a flavorful pan kebab, it is best to use fresh spices.

First, break the dried limes, remove the seeds, and grind them into a powder using a grinder.

Dry parsley, coriander, onion, and garlic, then grind them into powder.

Grind spices such as cloves, nutmeg, mustard seeds, turmeric, and black pepper.

Combine all the ingredients in a grinder and blend for about one minute until fully mixed.

Store the spice blend in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

When preparing pan kebab, add some of this spice mix to the meat.

You can also separately add spices such as black pepper, red pepper, sumac, turmeric, and salt to the meat mixture.
