Boneless, skinless chicken: 900 g
Garlic powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Onion: 1 piece
Breadcrumbs: 60 g
Water: 5 teaspoons
Salt and pepper: to taste

Step 1:
First, wash the chicken, remove any fat, and grind it. Try not to over-process it so it does not become too mushy.
Step 2:
Mix the ground chicken with finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, a little salt, and pepper. Knead the mixture well by hand. The mixture will not be very sticky, so place it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to firm up.
Step 3:
After resting, remove the mixture from the refrigerator and shape it into about 11–12 burger patties.
Step 4:
Place a pan over medium heat, add a little oil, and fry the burgers. Cook one side for 4–6 minutes, then flip and cook the other side.
