1 pack chicken liver
1 large onion
Salt, red pepper, and turmeric (to taste)
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Thinly slice the onion and sauté it until golden. Add the chopped chicken liver and mix well, sautéing briefly.
Season with salt, red pepper, and turmeric. Cover the pan and let it cook until the liver is fully done and tender.
Finally, add the tomato paste and stir well until evenly combined.
Serve the cooked chicken liver in bread as a sandwich, along with pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, and ketchup.
