Ingredients for Hot Chips

  • Large chips: 1 pack

  • Mozzarella cheese: 200 g

  • Corn: 100 g

  • Ham: 100 g

  • Bell pepper: 1 small

  • Mushrooms: 100 g

  • French sauce: 4 tablespoons

  • Oregano, salt, black pepper, nutmeg: as needed

  • Gouda cheese: 100 g

  • Milk: 1/2 cup


Instructions

First, slice the mushrooms and sauté them in a dry hot pan without oil until excess moisture is released. Cut the ham into small cubes or strips as desired. Chop the bell pepper into very small pieces because it cooks quickly. Mix the spices and set them aside.

Choose a suitable oven-safe dish and pour in a layer of chips, pressing them down slightly to flatten the surface. Add French sauce over the chips, then layer ham, corn, mushrooms, and bell peppers in order. Add a thick layer of cheese and repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used. Place the dish in the oven until the cheese becomes golden and melted. Add a bit of seasoning mix over each cheese layer.

Heat the milk in a small pot, then add cheese and stir until a thick creamy sauce forms. Pour this sauce over the hot chips while it is still warm.
