SAEDNEWS: A security official from Iraq’s Hezbollah Brigades said any agreement with the government regarding weapons depends on the withdrawal of US and Turkish forces from Iraq. The official also said patience over the prime minister’s actions is nearing its end.

A security official from Iraq’s Hezbollah Brigades said the group’s conditions for reaching any understanding with the government over weapons include the withdrawal of US forces from Iraq.
According to Al Jazeera, the official stated that another demand is the departure of Turkish forces from northern Iraq and the dissolution of the Peshmerga forces, which the statement described as forces under the command of Barzani in Iraq’s Kurdistan Region.
Al Jazeera reported that the Hezbollah Brigades official also said the group’s patience regarding what he called the prime minister’s irresponsible actions is running out.
