SAEDNEWS: New Details Emerge on U.S. Demands if Negotiations with Iran Resume

New Details Emerge on U.S. Conditions for Iran

According to the political service of Saednews, and based on Fars News Agency reports regarding the United States’ response to Iran’s proposals, five main conditions attributed to Washington have been announced as follows:

  1. No payment of any compensation or damages by the United States.

  2. The removal and transfer of 400 kilograms of uranium from Iran to the United States.

  3. Only one set of Iran’s nuclear facilities would remain operational.

  4. No payment of even 25% of Iran’s frozen assets.

  5. Suspension of hostilities in all arenas would be conditional on negotiations.

The report emphasizes that even if these conditions were met by Iran, the threat of aggression from the United States and the Israeli regime would still remain.

Experts argue that the U.S. proposal, rather than resolving the issue, seeks to achieve objectives that Washington has been unable to accomplish during the conflict.

In contrast, Iran has stated that any negotiations are conditional upon the fulfillment of five confidence-building prerequisites:

  1. An end to hostilities on all fronts, especially in Lebanon.

  2. Lifting of anti-Iran sanctions.

  3. Release of Iran’s frozen funds.

  4. Compensation for damages caused by the war.

  5. Recognition of Iran’s sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz.
