SAEDNEWS: Ports Europe claimed that Russia and Iran have asked their neighbors in the Caspian Sea, such as Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, to bar any interference by foreign or extra-regional powers in the region’s affairs.

This call comes amid ongoing disputes among the Caspian littoral countries over maritime borders and the exploitation of the sea’s oil and gas resources.
