SAEDNEWS: Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has called for a stop to the military and political support of the West for the Israeli regime.
According to SAEDNEWS, In a recent phone call, Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi called for an end to military and political support for Israel from Western nations. This conversation took place with British Foreign Secretary David Lammy on Sunday night.
During the call, Araghchi emphasized that Iran will strongly defend its national sovereignty and territorial integrity, asserting that these actions are in line with international law and the UN Charter.
He also urged the international community, especially the UN Security Council, to condemn Israel’s aggressive actions towards Iran. Araghchi demanded urgent steps to hold Israeli leaders accountable and insisted on ending the violence and killings happening in Gaza and Lebanon.
In response, Lammy urged all parties involved to show restraint.
On another note, Iran’s Air Defense Base reported that the country successfully responded to an Israeli attack. The statement mentioned that while some limited damage occurred at certain locations, the extent of the damage is still being assessed. Furthermore, the Iranian Army confirmed that four of its servicemen were killed in these attacks.
