SAEDNEWS: Majid Takht-Ravanchi, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs, arrived in Islamabad to participate in the 13th round of bilateral political consultations between Iran and Pakistan.
According to SAEDNEWS, Takht-Ravanchi and his accompanying delegation were received early Monday morning upon arrival at Islamabad International Airport by Nabi Shirazi, Deputy Ambassador of Iran in Islamabad, and officials from Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Iranian deputy foreign minister will head the Iranian delegation in the 13th round of political consultations with Pakistan.
Amna Baloch, Pakistan’s Foreign Secretary, will lead her country’s delegation in the meeting with Takht-Ravanchi and the Iranian team.
A meeting with Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Pakistan’s Foreign Minister, is also on the agenda during Takht-Ravanchi’s visit to Islamabad.
