Once the paste has cooked a little, add the pomegranate seeds to the pan and stir the ingredients well. Let the ingredients cook together for 5 minutes. Then, break the eggs at a distance from one another into the pan and allow them to cook and firm up. Now, your delicious pomegranate omelet is ready to serve. Enjoy!

Important Tips:

  • Pomegranate paste is made from pomegranate seeds and is available in both sour and sweet varieties. It usually has a dark color, but it should not be excessively black, as that would indicate it has been overcooked. Good quality pomegranate paste should not be too thick, nor should it have a sour smell. For making pomegranate omelet, try to buy pomegranate paste from reputable stores or from those who make it at home in a clean way. If your pomegranate paste is not thick enough, you can dilute it with vinegar.
