Afghani burger: the humble lavash roll bringing authentic Afghan flavours to the home kitchen

Sausages: 6 pieces
Hard-boiled eggs: 3 pieces
Lavash bread: as needed
Potatoes: 5 pieces
Onion: 1 piece
Finely chopped cilantro: to taste
Cucumber or pickled cucumber: as desired
Tomato: as desired
Cabbage: as desired
Red pepper powder: as needed
Salt: as needed
Oil: enough for frying
First, cut the potatoes into sticks (fries) and fry them in enough oil until golden and crispy.
Slice the sausages into rings and sauté them in oil until slightly browned.
Cut the onions into thin strips and prepare them separately.
Slice the hard-boiled eggs into rings and set aside.
Finely chop the green onions.
Open the lavash bread on the work surface and first place some chopped green onions and cilantro. Then add the fried potatoes, the sautéed sausage rings, and the sliced hard-boiled eggs.
Finally, add salt and pepper to the ingredients to taste and roll the bread into a wrap.
You may also add tomato and cucumber or pickled cucumber if desired.
Your delicious meal is ready! If you wish, you can use your favorite sauce as a condiment.
