According to the political news service of SaedNews, the Public Relations Office of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps issued a statement announcing that Ismail Haniyeh, head of Hamas's political bureau, and one of his bodyguards were martyred as a result of their residence in Tehran being hit.
Ismail Haniyeh, head of Hamas's political bureau, along with Ziad al-Nakhaleh, Secretary-General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement, and their accompanying delegation had arrived in Iran yesterday to attend Masoud Pezeshkian's inauguration ceremony.
