SAEDNEWS: A quick, seasonal pumpkin ferni (pumpkin dessert) that’s easy to make, soothing for sore throats and can be served as a richer dessert with cream or a lighter, restorative ferni without it.
Ferni is one of the delicious, light and tasty desserts that has many benefits, and by adding certain ingredients or fruits we can have fernis in different flavors.
Pumpkin dessert or pumpkin ferni is perfectly suited to this season; ferni on its own is often used for sore throats and to soothe the throat, and steamed pumpkin is a balm for the throat and very suitable for colds and helps strengthen the immune system — therefore pumpkin dessert is a very suitable option for these days.
If you want to use it as a dessert, add cream, but if you want to use it as a ferni and to soothe the throat it is better to omit the cream.
