SAEDNEWS: For people who have restrictions on meat consumption, follow a vegetarian diet, or simply want to find alternatives to meat, mushroom cutlets can be an excellent choice. Discover the ingredients and preparation method for this delicious dish below.
According to Saednews, Mushroom Cutlets
500 g mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
3 eggs
½ cup flour or baguette bread crumbs
2 tablespoons fresh or dried aromatic herbs
Salt and pepper, to taste
Oil, as needed for frying

Wash and dry the mushrooms thoroughly, then grind or finely chop them. Combine the mushrooms with the baguette crumbs and aromatic herbs.
Add the eggs to the mushroom mixture and mix well. If the mixture is too loose, add a little flour until it reaches a workable consistency.
Add salt, pepper, and the two crushed garlic cloves. Mix everything thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat and add enough oil to cover the bottom. Take a walnut-sized portion of the mixture, shape it with your hands into a small patty, and carefully place it in the hot oil.
Reduce the heat and fry until the first side is golden and cooked through. Carefully flip the cutlet and cook the other side in the same way. Continue until all the mixture has been used.
