Small red cabbage: 1/2 head
Small onion: 1
Mayonnaise: 3 tablespoons

How to Make Homemade Falafel with PotatoFirst, soak the chickpeas for 2 days, changing the water several times. Then grind them well using a meat grinder or food processor until fully mashed.
After the chickpeas are well ground, grind the potato, onion, and garlic as well, then add them to the chickpea mixture.
A food processor makes this process easier, but you can choose any device you prefer.
Add chickpea flour and spices to the mixture. Pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and finally add water. Mix everything thoroughly until a smooth falafel dough forms.
Shape the falafel mixture into small portions, place them on a tray lined with plastic wrap, and put them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Note: If you plan to freeze the falafel dough, it is better to use onion powder and garlic powder instead of fresh onion and garlic.
Mix all sauce ingredients together using a blender or mixer until smooth.
