According to Saednews, There are situations where you may need to temporarily turn off your antivirus software. This can happen when an antivirus program blocks the installation of an application because it cannot verify whether the software is legitimate or safe.
If you have purchased genuine software from a reputable and trusted store, this situation is relatively uncommon. However, if you encounter this problem, you can temporarily disable your antivirus using the methods described below.
Disable antivirus protection only when necessary, such as when you need to install a new application. If you are downloading the software from the internet, make sure the source is trustworthy.
Turn your antivirus back on immediately after installing the software. It is also a good idea to restart your computer so that the antivirus can perform another scan and detect any malware that may have been introduced during installation.
Never disable your antivirus simply to browse the internet or open email. Keep your antivirus protection enabled during normal computer use.
Below are instructions for temporarily disabling protection in several popular antivirus programs.
Right-click the Avast icon in the system tray.
Select Avast Shields Control. You can then choose to disable protection for:
10 minutes
1 hour
Until the computer is restarted
Choose the option that best suits your needs.
Go to the bottom-right corner of Windows, near the clock, and locate the Avira umbrella icon.
Right-click the icon and remove the check mark from:
Antivirus Guard Enabled

When the main window appears, move the mouse pointer to the left side of the interface and select Virus Shield.
Click Virus Shield is Enabled.

To turn protection back on, repeat the same steps and enable the Virus Shield again.
Find the Emsisoft antivirus icon in the Windows system tray near the clock.
Right-click the icon and select:
Pause Protection → Disable Until Computer Restart
The antivirus icon will change to indicate that protection has been paused.
Right-click the ESET NOD32 icon in the Windows system tray.

Disable Real-Time File System Protection
